As we move toward the beta release of Mono Mail, our priority is delivering a stable, high-performance experience while introducing key space organization features that enhance workflow efficiency.

Phase 1: Beta Release & Core Stability (March - April 2025)

Our primary focus is to ensure a rock-solid foundation, addressing performance optimizations, security enhancements, and user feedback before scaling feature development.

  • Spaces: A system that allows users to separate work, personal, and other accounts into distinct, easily switchable spaces.

Phase 2: Refinements & Official launch (April - June 2025)

With the core system stabilized, we will focus on enhancing the user experience and introducing key features that improve workflow efficiency and collaboration.

What’s New in Phase 2?

We’ve been listening to your feedback and are introducing two major features to make your email experience even more seamless.

1. Unified Inbox – All Your Accounts in One Place

Tired of switching between different inboxes? With Unified Inbox, you can view emails from multiple accounts in one place. Easily manage personal and work emails without the hassle of switching contexts.

2. Spaces – Organize, Don’t Just Label

Labels are great, but they don’t always fit how we work. Spaces take organization further—grouping related conversations into focused workspaces. Whether it’s a project, a team, or a client, Spaces keep everything together.

What’s Next?

We’re working on smart workflows, even better AI drafting, and deeper integrations to bring more automation and intelligence to your inbox.

Announcing Mono Mail: Early Access to the Future of Email

I’m excited to announce Mono and early access to our product: Mono Mail is the next-generation email app—built for those who value simplicity and efficiency.

A Spark of Inspiration

The idea for Mono Mail started from a simple frustration—a frustration I’m sure many of you have shared. Every time I received a verification code in an email, I found myself juggling between apps, copying the code manually, and pasting it where it was needed. It seemed so unnecessary.

If iPhone messages could parse codes automatically, why couldn’t email?

This led me to notice more of these subtle pain points. Sharing emails without leaving unnecessary marks in the mail server, securely allowing comments or feedback without forwarding, and handling timezones seamlessly for scheduling all felt like missed opportunities. Repeating the same searches to find relevant threads or crafting similar replies over and over highlighted the inefficiency of traditional tools. It became clear that email, a tool central to our lives, wasn’t adapting to address these everyday frustrations.

That small frustration sparked a larger realization: email could be so much simpler and smarter with just a few thoughtful changes.

Rethinking Email

Mono Mail is built around solving real problems with care and simplicity:

  • Clean Design: An interface that helps you focus, not distracts.
  • Smarter mail: Automatic code parsing, tracking pixel detection, and helpful workflows like draft replies when you’re away.
  • Collaborative Sharing: Share emails securely with comments, no forwarding required.

These small improvements make email faster, easier, and less frustrating.

Built for Everyday Use

But we’re not stopping here. Our roadmap includes even more features to make Mono Mail indispensable.

We’re reimagining email to be more than just an inbox. Mono Mail is about improving how we communicate, collaborate, and connect—every step of the way. And we’re just getting started.
